so i just saw an article about a girl who was born with eight limbs and has surgery to have two arms and two legs. apparently she had a twin but the twin got absorbed by her?

anyway. they say the girl is doing fine with her two arms and two legs, but what i'm wondering is WHAT did they do with the two arms and two legs that they took off? did they just throw them away? WHAT do you do with a couple of arms and legs that you have surgically removed from a two year old?

also, yes i do have very scrappy scraps and other random things that are semi-post-worthy and they will definitely be forthcoming in the next....month. so now that i put it in print i have to do it.

come to think of it, what do they do with any -ectopy where they remove anything foreign/harmful? i'm thinking that some are pickled, some are photographed to put in textbooks and journal, but then do they burn them or just plain throw them in the trash?
